Dr. Sandra Carrillo, Co-Founder, Medicann IPS
Dr. Sandra Carrillo earned her Medical Doctor degree from Universidad CES in Medellin, Colombia. She holds a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine from Baleares Island University in Spain and completed a Masters program of Anti-aging and Aesthetic Medicine in Argentina certified by the International Antiaging Society.
Dr. Carrillo further holds a Masters in Health Services Management, Universidad Latina in Panama, and is certified by Pharmacology University, a Medical Cannabis Institute, as an E xpert Doctor in Cannabis Medicine, Puerto Rico. She completed the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine CCIC.net Cannabis training program for MD’s, Cannaciencia Seminars Bogota, , Curso Actualizacion sobre las Aplicaciones Terapeuticas de los Canabinoides Universidad CES Medicine, Medellin, and Cannaworld Medical Congress, Medellin. Dr. Carrillo is a member of the International Association for Cannabinoid Medicines and completed a Certificate Program in Cannabis Medicine from Oaksterdam University, California. She is an advocate for the Legalization of Cannabinoids for Medical purposes. Sandra is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in French. Sandra is a co-founder of the Panama food bank and a volunteer at the Children's Epilepsy Foundation in Panama.

Edible Dee, The Happy Chef
Dee Russell has been making edibles or medicinal edibles with cannabis from 2006 to present. In 2014 she published her first cannabis cookbook, The Happy Chef THC, in collaboration with hip-hop artist, patient and cannabis activist B-Real of Cypress Hill including his album "The Prescription" as well as an unreleased track as a free download. The year of 2015 was the year of legalization for medical marijuana in the state of Nevada. Dee was the Executive Chef opening the first licensed MMJ Production Kitchen in the state of Nevada located in the fabulous city of Las Vegas. In 2016, Dee partnered with a Medical Cannabis Research company, worked in research, designing their production kitchen at their headquarters in Las Vegas as well as formulated their medical product lines.
Dee presently works as a Cannabis Consultant helping other brands, states and countries design their production kitchens, licensing her recipes, brand development, formulations, compliance and more. She helps spread awareness to the healing benefits of cannabis through her appearances on many advocate speaking panels as a keynote speaker and expert in her field. Her features include those of Forbes, Bloomberg, PR NewsWire , Benzinga, Yahoo Finance, HERB.CO, Hightimes, and others as well as her work in television with appearances on NETFLIX original series "Cooking On High", Snoop Dogg's MERRYJANE "Smoke In The Kitchen", BREAL.TV, The National Marijuana News, Interviews and more. She uses her platforms to educate those on the science behind the cannabis plant, edibles, proper dosing, patient referrals with choosing and making your medicine. Kerry Jordan, Co-founder & Managing Partner. Supercritical
Managing PartnerKerry Jordan’s 25-year career in the financial services industry spans from the early days of electronic trading at Nasdaq, to derivatives structuring at Bank of America in the dot-com era, to hedge fund advisory at RMB Capital. Kerry developed a diverse range of competencies and capabilities that has proven a distinct benefit for executive leadership and board directorship. This experience includes substantial P&L responsibility, detailed understanding of financial modeling and securities structuring, and a deep knowledge of securities sales and trading. Kerry has expertise in interpreting financial statements, audits, and investment portfolios, and translating this information into easy-to-understand terms. She gained her technical proficiency working for large, sell-side financial institutions as well as small, buy-side asset managers. She acquired her academic experience from undergraduate and graduate degrees in finance and the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Prior to co-founding Supercritical, Kerry was the chief operating officer of D’Orazio Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in middle market manufacturing and energy-related companies. Prior to joining DCP, Kerry was the director of business development at RMB Capital Management where she managed client development, marketing, and capital raising for its hedge fund division. Prior to RMB, Kerry served as head of development and chief compliance officer for Chicago Capital Management L.P., a risk arbitrage hedge fund. In this capacity Kerry managed the fund’s global capital raising, investor relations, and compliance programs. Previously, Kerry was a director in the global derivatives products group at Bank of America where she focused on the structuring and sale of interest rate, commodity, and equity derivatives for the bank’s Fortune 1,000 clients. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in finance degree from the George Washington University. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an active member of the CFA Society Chicago and the CFA Institute. In addition to serving at the chairwoman of the board of directors of Warriors at Ease, Kerry serves on the board of directors of the International Women’s Forum, and the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago’s Impact Investing Advisory Council. Lisa Marcus, CEO, GLE Brands / Cheech's Private Stash
As CEO of GLE Brands, Lisa is co-creator of the Cheech’s Private Stash cannabis brand, the vision of Cheech Marin, part of the infamous Cheech and Chong duo. She is responsible for co-founding and managing all aspects of the brand; from sourcing cannabis product to creating the Marketing, PR and Sales initiatives. Currently she is launching an additional tier to Cheech’s Stash with the introduction of CBD wellness products. Lisa is committed to establishing the Cheech brand as the most recognized and successful cannabis businesses in the country. From the brand’s infancy, she has been dedicated to maintaining the brands integrity, while working closely with Cheech in continuing the adherence to the brand’s tag line ‘It Will Always Be Good’.
Prior, Lisa held the title of COO at Riviera Imports NY, importers and producers of Spirit and Wine products. In 2016, Lisa was introduced to Cheech Marin, which led to their collaboration to create the popular Tres Papalote Mezcal brand. Due to the success of the mezcal, she was offered the lead in the development of the Cheech’s Stash cannabis brand. As part of her responsibilities at Riviera Imports she led the Marketing and PR team and developed brand stories and consumer messaging. Lisa was the lead liaison to Distributors for sales initiatives and events and creating consumer awareness for all of the Rivera brands. Earlier in her career, Lisa held the position of Chief of Staff of Colin Cowie Enterprises, the world’s leading design and event firm. She was devoted to creating a work environment where every project had a standard of excellence, ultimately providing consistent customer satisfaction. Lisa resides in Austin, Texas / NYC, and has a son and an adopted daughter from Rwanda. Lisa was a founding member of Feminenza North America, an International non-profit organization dedicated to the encouragement of every woman's future and working towards a greater mutuality between the genders. Lisa was part of an International team that hosted a four-day seminar at the UN in Nairobi that was entitled, “Ubuntu (meaning, value for the life of every human being) and Gender Respect”. She continues to mentor women around the world and is resolute to the belief that if you save one life – you save the world. From an early age, Lisa has been interested in health and well-being. Mariah Dodson, Founder, United Herbalism
In 2013, Mariah Dodson attended Virginia State University to begin pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. During her freshman year, the urge of a higher purpose struck, and she enlisted into the United States Army to begin the fast track to learning new definitions of professionalism and teamwork. After graduating basic training at the top of her class, the next phase was Military job training for her assigned military job, 92A Logistics Specialist. Here is where she truly found a passion for reengineering systems. Her main goal in school was to learn exactly what she needed to be most competent in her Military duties. Over the next year, her leadership skills showed through tenaciously, as she became the youngest squad leader within her field 264th artillery unit out of Fort Irwin, California. During her five years in the United States Army, she was able to grow into an E-4 rank, Specialist.
In 2014 Mariah also held a part time job working under the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department as an armed Security Supervisor. It was here where she was able to qualify for Top Secret clearance working for secured accounts such as the Youth Jail and Boeing. She gained many skills such as configuration, communication, process and procedure. In 2015 she was recruited by a local physician to join his project management team as lead research and developer for an upcoming sound and movie studio in Lancaster, CA. The tasks stemmed from researching state department regulations needed for development approvals, finding correct sound stage equipment for the potential client’s needs, generating budget charts for costs, and the complex task of finding international funding resources. Amidst of project development, Mariah began a strong alliance with her business partner who was the lead Marketing Management team of this same company. Her passion about community development began in 2016 with redeveloping a 3-bedroom house into a low-income cost home for veterans in California City, CA. Mariah and her business partner ended 2016 with the commencement of a true dedication to philanthropy and started a community benefits company, United Herbalism, an organization that focuses on holistic education, creating enriching experiences for people, families, and communities. In December of 2017, the non profit organization donated 1.5 million pounds of clothes internationally, as well as to three local Los Angeles homeless missions. The non profit organization continues to fulfill the mission by hosting quarterly “Day of Prosperity’s” events, where free haircuts, food, clothing, and many other resources are provided to families. Arts and crafts, and empowerment seminars are provided as well. These events are focused in Southern California communities. The non profit has also hosted monthly seminars focusing on mind, body, and soul wellness at the local senior centers and medical clinics. In 2017 Mariah took special interest in the upcoming legal cannabis market, co-founded and formed Dust To Diamonds Incorporated, a cannabis - integrated holistic corporation. The company advocates for self-reliance through holistic health and self-empowerment. In 2018 Dust To Diamonds Inc. is recognized in history by welcoming the youngest individuals to have received Medical Cannabis Cultivation and Manufacturing county permits. The team takes pride in the opportunity to inspire our communities with a platform to educate on social equity within the cannabis industry. In January 2019, Mariah opened up one of the world’s first CBD and “wellness” stores that promotes the awareness of “wellbeing” with CBD infused herbal products. Mariah’s store, Essence CBD & Wellness Shop, is composed of several CBD and clinical wellness products for those looking for a more harmonious nutritional routine, such as topical, capsules, droppers and natural essential oils. The company has formed a new umbrella, United Herbalism, who manufactures and distributes CBD isolate infused products for multiple brands.

Ryan Bacchas, President, California Cannabis Coalition
Ryan started early in his career at 19 years old. From 2014 to December 2015 as the Manager and Lead Lobbyist for Californians for Responsible Government (501 c) in Legislative Affairs, framework building and structuring of policy for issues including, tax reduction, environmental sustainability, water, zoning and land use as well as local outreach to officials, department agencies and staff in cities such Upland, Claremont, San Bernardino, Santa Ana and Los Angeles.
Since joining the California Cannabis Coalition in 2015 as the Corporate Secretary, has successfully led nearly half of the Coalition’s victories in the institution of regulatory framework such as the Medical Marijuana Regulation & Safety Act AB 266 (Bonta), AB 243 (Wood) and SB643 (McGuire) citizens initiatives and referendums to overturn bans in local municipalities. In 2017 he led his Coalition in the world famous California State Supreme Court: California Cannabis Coalition v. the City of Upland with the Coalition becoming the 1st and only Cannabis Trade Organization in the nation to successfully to take a local jurisdiction up the appellate in a famed decision centered around Cannabis, Ballot Measures and Taxes as regulated under PROP 13 & 203 later that summer received a Nomination by Chair of the Committee for the State Small Business Employers Association Committee (2017). Before the start of the year, the Mr. Bacchas hand drafted the recommendations made to Governor Newsom for the General Budget Plan of 2020 to eliminate the Mark up, Wholesale and Cannabis Business Tax as revealed in his Proposal for the General Budget on Cannabis Tax Reform, tax relief in the marketplace and to be deemed essential during the pandemic as well as hand written recommendations to inclusion of the Banning of Additives in Cannabis Vape Pens in this year’s final version of AB1639 to be reintroduced next session. About California Cannabis Coalition Since being founded in San Diego in 2010 by our Past-President Craig Beresh, the California Cannabis Coalition has led the charge towards successful political reform on the Local and State level. The CCC is a coalition of patients, patients’ caregivers, and medical professionals dedicated to safeguarding America’s right to access cannabis legally and grow hemp which will save the planet.
