Darien is the Chief Operating Officer of Cannabiz Venture Partners. He has seven years experience in the cannabis industry and a history of organizational management. Darien is also active as an analyst, showrunner, filmmaker, producer, project manager and social justice warrior.
A veteran, Darien served in the United States Air Force as an analyst. Darien worked on a number of projects both foreign and domestic on behalf of the DOD. Kevin Albert, Independent Director, Norcal Cannabis
Kevin Albert has worked in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co. for 24 years. Matthew J. Nordgren, Founder & CEO, Arcadian Capital

Prior to this role, Peter served as the Native American Specialist for the Phoenix Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center. Peter is renowned as a results-driven procurement specialist with a 30+ year record of achievement and demonstrated success while providing leadership and quality results. He has very strong beliefs in upholding cultural integrity and respecting everyone. Bernhard was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cascadia Pacific Management, one of the Pacific Northwest's first early-stage venture capitalists. A recipient of The Portland Business Journal's "40 Under 40" Award, given to the most accomplished, influential and civic-minded young executives in Portland, Bernhard was also a New York-based strategic consultant in the Information Technologies Group of Booz Allen Hamilton. He received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Princeton University.
