Jim Fitzpatrick, Vice President, Oasis Capital
Jim Fitzpatrick is a Solutioneer, crafting customized solutions to complex opportunities in the Cannabis Industry. Jim is a former Chairman of Costa Mesa Planning Commission and an Architect of Measure x. Jim has helped other Cities draft Cannabis Regulatory Schemes and successfully obtained over 2 dozen Cannabis Licenses. Jim was one of the first to implement Equipment Financing, helped Teams stack capital and is an Advisor to several Cannabis Companies. For Oasis Capital, Jim is a Vice President, responsible for working with Public Companies to allocate Oasis Capital capital.
Jim recently completed a UCLA Accounting Course in Financial Balance Sheet Analysis, with an A on his Final. About Oaxsis Capital Oasis Capital is a Family Office, located in Puerto Rico, that makes direct Balance Sheet Investments in public companies, and is sector agnostic. Jim leads Cannabis efforts.

Upon acquisition, the company’s portfolio included the Orange County Register and five other daily newspapers.

Scott Greiper, President, Viridian Capital Advisors
Mr. Greiper has had a highly successful 30-year career on Wall Street and in his own businesses, with a track record of helping to identify, advise, finance and buy/sell best of breed emerging growth companies in newly emerging industries.
Mr. Greiper is the founder and President of Viridian Capital Advisors, launched in June 2014 as one of the earliest institutional financial and strategic advisory firms in the legal cannabis sector. To date, the Viridian team has closed 16 financing transactions totaling approximately $185 million, and 10 M&A transactions with total consideration of approximately $400 million.
